Super Berry Protein Shake

Spinach
Per cup, spinach has a whopping 987% of vitamin K needed for the day! Seriously? Well, that's just fucking wonderful. I'll have some.

Spinach also boasts over 100% of you needs for vitamin A as well as big doses of B vitamins, manganese, folate, magnesium, iron, and copper. Men and women tend to be lacking many of these precious minerals and vitamins, so spinach should be a go-to item in all smoothies.

Blueberries
Blueberries offer 32% of vitamin K, 25% of manganese, and about 15% of fiber per cup. That's berry awesome! Not to mention, blueberries regulate cholesterol levels and improve cognitive function.

We combined the nutrient-packed berries and spinach with a heap of protein powder, yogurt, flaxseeds, and walnuts to give you a smoothie that will build muscle and keep you satisfied. 

Because this smoothie is so BIG, we recommend splitting it up between to jars and saving one for later.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 cups spinach
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup plain nondairy yogurt
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp walnuts
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

Directions
  1. Blend.
  2. Eat.
