Super Protein Peanut Butter Oatmeal

What do you get when you mix cold oatmeal, soy protein powder, and peanut butter together? An amazing meal that is loaded with lean protein, complex carbs and healthy fats. Add a piece of fruit or some spinach to the side, and you've got yourself a solid meal.
The Recipe
  • 1/2 cup cold oatmeal (preferably made with soy milk or water)
  • 2 TBSP Adam's Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 cup soy protein powder
  • 1/2 cup water or soy milk
  • On the side: 2 cups spinach or a banana

Directions:
  1. ​Blend the soy protein powder and milk/water in a blender. Add the mixture into a big bowl with peanut butter and oats. Let soak overnight.
  2. Serve in the morning. Add a splash of milk to it.
