How It Works:
After you've purchased the meal plan, our nutritionist will call or email you to set up a Skype call to discuss your nutritional goals, dietary restrictions, and other information required to create a plan.
Delivery of the meal plan requires 3 days after the discussion and will be sent to your email as a PDF. PDFs are wonderful because you can print them out or download them onto a device.
If you do not want to Skype, our nutritionist will simply set up a call time to talk about everything you need. Either way, you get to talk to a real person.
