How It Works:
After you've paid for the plan, our nutritionist will call you to set up a time to talk via Skype or over the phone. Before the schedule consultation, you will be asked to write down everything you eat for three days and send it to our team. This gives our nutritionist an idea as to where you are and what changes may need to be made for a healthier life.
During the scheduled meeting, we will discuss your current dietary habits, what you want to change, and any other goals that you have in mind. The nutritionist will also discuss your weight goals (are you looking to lose weight, maintain weight, gain weight) in order to create a customized 12-week meal plan.
After the consultation, our nutritionist will take a few days to come up with the best possible meal plan to fit your lifestyle. The meal plan will be delivered to your email address in an easy-to-print PDF document. The great thing about a PDF is you can download it to a tablet or smartphone using a PDFreader. That means you can take your meal plan with you wherever you go in a snap!
After the Consultation:
Our team will reach out to you three times during the 12 weeks to see how you are doing. If you are struggling or find yourself hating the food, the nutritionist can help you make substitutions. We are here to help you succeed.
